Privacy Policy

This notice describes how SearchAIPro handles the personal information you share when contacting us.

SearchAIPro is responsible for the operation of this website and the handling of enquiries submitted through it. This notice explains what personal information we collect when you interact with our website, why we collect it, and the rights you have under UK GDPR.

Privacy contact: hello@searchaipro.com.

Information we collect

When you submit our Contact form or Book a Call form we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, work email address, company, website (optional), role (optional), primary interest, a short description of your challenge and any additional notes. We also record limited technical information (source page and browser user-agent) to help prevent abuse of the forms. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data, and we ask that you do not submit confidential client information through our forms.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, to have a first conversation about whether SearchAIPro is an appropriate fit for your needs, and to keep a limited record of the discussion for legitimate business purposes. We do not use enquiry data for unrelated marketing.

Lawful bases

Where you submit an enquiry, we process personal data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to prospective clients. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@searchaipro.com.

Service providers

The website is hosted on Lovable infrastructure. Form submissions are stored in a Supabase database and delivered by email through infrastructure operated by Lovable (Resend is used for transactional email delivery). These providers process personal data only to deliver the website and its enquiry forms.

International transfers

Some of our infrastructure providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards provided by those processors, including standard contractual clauses or equivalent approved mechanisms.

Retention

We retain enquiry data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes above, typically for the duration of active discussions and a reasonable period afterwards. You may request deletion at any time.

Security

We use reputable third-party infrastructure providers with appropriate technical and organisational measures. Access to enquiry data is limited to those who need it to respond to your request.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection in relation to personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@searchaipro.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
